As an experienced C-Suite executive, Jackie is a commercial driven people leader that marries the best-in-class training from her big company experience with the agility, flexibility and nimbleness required in a smaller organization. She has deep expertise in coaching executives to superior outcomes for themselves and their businesses. Jackie additionally leads strategic planning, transformation initiatives, M&A activity and change management. She has special expertise in ensuring companies global functions are aligned, have clarity and are executing against the most important strategic goals. All while creating an engaging employee experience. Jackie creates people strategies that help businesses to scale profitably. She also builds best-in-class talent strategies that attract, develop and retain talent, ensuring that organizations have the best people to contribute to creating the best products and best company. As a trusted coach at all organizational levels, including to the CEO and C Team, Jackie is adept at helping leaders navigate highly complex and changing environments.

With 16+ years of experience, Jackie has served as a member of executive teams in PE backed, global organizations for the past five years. In those roles she both managed high growth periods and transformation to profitable scale. Prior to that Jackie served in progressively senior roles at NBC, BBC and NYU. She additionally serves as a board member on two non-profit boards.

Consistently successful in leading high-profile change projects within fastmoving, complex and large matrix organizations. Her most recent HR experience has included, directly reporting to, and supporting founder owned businesses, CEOs, and Start-up companies, to build HR infrastructure and drive international business growth, usually through fundraising, mergers & acquisition and achieving IPO.  With expertise in Tech, SaaS, B2B, B2C, retail, and media sectors and a deep knowledge and experience of working with venture backed, private equity investment organizations headquartered in US and UK.  Working as a truly cross functional HR leader at senior C-Suite level, strategy influencer, advisor, and coaching executive teams to develop and innovative business-minded solutions, whilst creating and leading best-in-class People and Culture function.

Kelle Colyer-Brown has over 10 years of experience in IDBE education and human rights compliance, specializing in recruitment strategy and workplace accommodations. She is a graduate of NYU’s Human Capital Analytics & Technology Masters of Science program with an expected graduation of May 2022. Kelle’s passion is applying people analytics and machine learning to support bias mitigation and inclusive workforce planning. She believes that data and technology are key tools for building healthier and more equitable workplaces.

Nadine Ezzie

Nadine Ezzie

Nadine is a legal transformation consultant with almost 20 years of unique legal and related experience working at the intersection of the law, innovation, and technology. An attorney by trade, she has deep expertise in building and leading in-house legal departments, ensuring alignment with overall corporate objectives while strategically streamlining legal services. Most recently, Nadine pivoted to the legal tech world, serving as an early employee and VP of Customer Success at a commercial leasing SaaS company in Boston. Using her innate ability to empathize and connect with legal users in all roles, Nadine worked closely with customers to create and then implement a customized roadmap to their legal transformation. This began with customers’ onboarding and extended through post go-live, including workflow redesign, training, KPI tracking, and most importantly, spearheading change management strategies. The results were in-house legal departments saving time, allowing their members to spend time on more strategic matters.

Today, Nadine combines her experiences to serve as a bridge between the legal and technology worlds—guiding legal teams on modernizing their workflows and successfully adopting the right technology. This results in unlocking deep efficiencies and centralizing data-allowing these departments to not only survive, but thrive, in the post-pandemic and AI-driven world. 

A first-generation daughter of Lebanese immigrants, and a native Clevelander, Nadine currently calls Boston home with her rescue dog, Leo. When not helping her clients, you can find her hiking, canoeing the Charles, exploring the local food scene, and brushing up on her standup comedy skills.

Natalie Jones is an accomplished HR Consultant at the Bold Club, with a strong expertise in HR project management. With years of experience as a high-impact and proactive HR Generalist and Business Partner, Natalie has the ability to drive results at all stages of the employee lifecycle. Her diverse HR experience complements a broad range of initiatives, including onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, HR investigations, HRIS data integrity, training programs, as well as recruiting support and other HR projects/initiatives. She is a specialist in working with international-facing client groups and stakeholders as a trusted advisor, specifically across AMER, EMEA, and APAC. She possesses a stellar HR and employment law knowledge of the UK and multi-state US, making her a valuable asset to any organization that operates across multiple geographies. With her exceptional communication skills and her talent for building strong relationships with employees, she is skilled at partnering with clients to support their HR and business objectives. She has experience working as part of a small, agile team for short-term HR support, as well as supporting longer-term business and HR objectives. She is committed to driving results and helping organizations achieve success through effective HR management. Her passion for the field is evident in her work, and her clients value her expertise, professionalism, and dedication to their success.
